I wanted to inform you of the impressive service and response we received last week at a time of desperate need from ELK.
As you are aware we have had horrendous issues with our Internet connections for months now which not only affects our daily business considerably but has impacted on our security systems at times also.
Last Thursday was one of those times. Mid morning we lost the ability to secure our front doors and Andrew Bullman at last minute notice flew to Melbourne to rectify the issue. I was amazed at the professionalism and level of response we got which allowed us to continue trading and avoided the use of an overnight security guard. Many thanks to Andrew, Daniel and their team.
