Return & Refund Policy

At ELK Security Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing quality products and outstanding customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Installed or used security/audio products
  • Custom-built or special-order items
  • Software licenses or downloadable items
  • Items returned after 14 days
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • If the item was faulty or incorrect, we will also refund standard return shipping charges
Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us for assistance with warranty processes for specific brands.
