Quarterly Maintenance
(Every 3 Months)
- Visual inspection of all cameras, access control points, and AV displays
- Confirm recording/storage health and uptime on NVR/DVR systems
- Test functionality of duress and alarm systems
- Clean camera lenses and verify coverage areas
- Confirm integration with gym management or access software
- Test speakers and audio quality across zones
- Inspect TVs, video wall, and digital signage for display or hardware issues
- Check UPS units and power supply redundancy
- Fire Break Glass inspection and testing
- Quarterly fire and security compliance report provided
6-Monthly Maintenance
- Full system functionality test (CCTV, AV, alarms, access control)
- Firmware/software updates for all system components
- Test and inspect all access points – RFID readers, biometrics, keypads
- Test and re-calibrate AV systems for optimal performance
- Validate remote monitoring (RemoteGUARD) and app access
- Full intercom and duress alarm test

Yearly Maintenance
- Complete site audit covering all systems and components
- Replace worn parts and test system backup/redundancy
- Full review of storage retention settings and footage accessibility
- Confirm integration with management systems is current and effective
- Deep clean and detailed inspection of all AV and CCTV devices
- System scalability review and upgrade consultation
- Comprehensive duress system testing and annual compliance checks
- Fire Break Glass units tested, logged, and certified for compliance
- Annual safety and performance report delivered to the client
